The Tile Shop is a leading specialty retailer of manufactured and natural stone tiles, setting and maintenance materials, and related accessories in the United States. The Tile Shop desired to consolidate over 100 of their retail operations / stores into one company, with each having it's own P&L Business Unit, while simultaneously streamlining, the current Chart of Accounts before their busy retail season commenced. They also desired to close their monthly periods in 7-days or less and automate the monthly consolidation reporting.

Provide senior management with real-time operational reports based on sales order, inventory, procurement, and manufacturing management data, increasing transparency into regional sales and the products that will help maximize revenues.
